Angela – Commercial Director

Angela has been with TLSA since 2002, when she first joined as a Project Manager. Before being promoted to Commercial Director, she was Head of Assessment. Nobody within the business has a more holistic understanding of our operations.

Angela is responsible for the financial and strategic side of TLSA International, as well as quality assurance. Although she has a background in sales and customer service, she now prefers to focus on talent assessment.

When she’s not in the office, Angela sits on the Management Committee of a local youth organisation that provides opportunities for disadvantaged young people.

Rob – Business Services Manager

Rob has been with TLSA since 2011, when he started as a Project Manager. Since taking on greater responsibilities, he’s been promoted to Business Services Manager.

Rob oversees all training projects, is responsible for the smooth running of our ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and the setting of ambitious quality objectives. He is the designated office First Aider and our web expert.

When he’s not in the office, Rob enjoys combining physical fitness with charity fundraising; he recently completed the 2013 ‘Color Run’ in London and is currently in training for Tough Mudder 2014 (for the second time this year).

Libby – Talent Adviser

Libby has been with TLSA since August 2013. She’s CIPD qualified and has over 10 years of Human Resources experience within different industry sectors.

It’s her job to advise TLSA on all matters relating to talent, as well as making sure we’re doing the best we can do to be an equal opportunities employer. Libby is also responsible for designing and facilitating our in-house Equality training for our team members and facilitators.

She’s passionate about what she does because, in her words: “people never cease to surprise, challenge and inspire me!” Her proudest career moment was when she designed and ran a customer services training programme in Bucharest for an outsourced customer service team.

Natalie – Marketing Executive

Natalie heads up the marketing side of the Operations Team and is trained in Google Advertising. She analyses our content output to ensure that we’re producing relevant articles for both our newsletter subscribers and website visitors.

She manages the production of our monthly e-newsletter, develops our social media strategy and CRM administration and organises TLSA’s events and exhibitions.

Natalie loves the British countryside and completes an annual 25-mile bike ride to raise money for ME research.

Katie – Project Manager

Katie keeps everything in the business running smoothly by managing all client projects, including developing our computer simulations. She is a key point of contact for our clients and suppliers.

With a degree in marketing and 4 years’ experience working within training, Katie is now heading up our research and qualifications wing so that we are able to deliver ISMM qualifications to businesses.

Katie absolutely loves sausage dogs, to the extent where she watches videos of them online. It’s her aim to one day own a miniature shorthaired sausage dog called Bowser.

Janey – Content Editor

Janey joined TLSA in 2009 as an Administrator. Since completing a degree in English Literature, she’s taken on the role of Content Editor. She manages all verbal and visual TLSA content, including the blog, white papers, videos and graphics, and helps maintain our social media presence.

Janey is passionate about human rights. When she’s not in the office, she's busy supporting social justice campaigns.

Sam – Online Marketing Expert

Sam has been advising TLSA on SEO and all online marketing matters since 2006, most importantly helping us build a brand new website without losing any search engine visibility. He supports our marketing, website performance and social media activity.

With a Business and Marketing BSc (Hons) and training in Inbound Marketing, he keeps our website slick and accessible for our clients’ ease of use.

When Sam’s not chauffeuring his 5 year old son to social engagements, he’s keen on mountain walking, rugby, tennis and squash and has ambitions this year to learn to ski and join a sailing club.

Barney – Security Officer

Barney joined the TLSA team in 2011. His role is to meet and greet, scare away delivery drivers, sleep and eat.

When he’s not in the office he enjoys countryside walks, food and socialising.
