TLSA will only despatch orders to UK addresses and will not deliver to PO boxes.
First time orders will only be despatched to the card billing address.
TLSA use couriers and Royal Mail Special Delivery to despatch orders. Although we will endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee this and cannot be held liable for any delays outside of our control such as fire, severe weather conditions, industrial dispute, strike or labour disputes, delay by any government or public or local authority.
Estimated delivery times are between 8am-6pm. Unfortunately specific times cannot be requested due to the delivery services timeframes.
The customer will be notified by email once an order has been despatched which will include the method of delivery services used and also a tracking number where applicable.
All orders require a signature so please ensure that someone will be at the property to sign for the delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the order, the delivery service will leave a card with further information on how you can retrieve your order. You may be required to collect your order from a nearby depot, or contact the delivery service to re-arrange delivery. It will be your responsibility to make arrangements and not that of TLSA. If a delivery is missed, you may incur an additional charge for the delivery service to re-arrange the delivery.
If the delivery address refuses delivery, your order will be returned to TLSA and our Customer Support Team will contact you. In the event that the Customer Support Team cannot get in contact with you, your order will be cancelled and the card charged will be refunded less an administration fee of 5% of the order value.
If the items you order are currently out of stock, you will be contacted by a member of TLSA’s Customer Support Team with an estimated delivery date. If this date is unsuitable, you have the right to cancel your order and any monies taken will be refunded to the card used.
