TLSA Publishes White Paper: “Using Simulation in Sales and Leadership Training”
Performance Specialist Angela Stephenson Helps Sales Professionals Identify The Use And Benefits Of Simulations In Sales Training
By using computer-based simulations in sales and leadership training, business professionals have a higher chance of retaining key learning objectives and improving their performance, according to Angela Stephenson of TLSA International.

TLSA Twitter Competititon Results
It is with regret that TLSA International announce that nobody has won the £4,000 worth of SKILL ACCELERATOR® previously offered as a prize in our recent Twitter competition!
This is because all entrants of the competition were in violation of the competition's terms and conditions, specifically clause 7; sales training consultants or companies that may be considered competition for TLSA International were not eligible to apply for the competition. We apologise for not making this clearer in the first place.
The competition will relaunch later this year.

TLSA to host Competition, Prize Draw and Sales Quiz at Learning & Skills 2014
TLSA invites our loyal followers, subscribers and anyone interested in what we do to join us on 29 and 30 January 2014 at the Learning & Skills exhibition, the can’t-miss event for anyone involved in organisational learning.

Brett Lyons will judge at the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards 2014
Managing Director of TLSA Brett Lyons will join the panel of judges at the 2014 British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards (BESMA).
Organised by The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM), the BESMA represents the UK’s highest level of recognition for outstanding sales achievement. They take nominations from some of the world’s largest organisations, and therefore ensure that their judges are of the highest quality.
Brett is an international consultant who has designed and delivered effective sales leadership programmes in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. As Managing Director of TLSA, he has developed training programmes to support clients including RBS, Metro Bank and Luxottica Group.
The ceremony will be held on 27th February 2014 at Lancaster House in London.

Brett Lyons to deliver Keynote Speech at Learning and Skills Exhibition 2014
TLSA Managing Director Brett Lyons is confirmed to deliver a keynote speech on ‘Coaching for Customer Advocacy’ at Learning and Skills Exhibition 2014.
Learning and Skills is Europe’s leading showcase of workplace learning and development. It will be held from 29-30 January 2014 at Olympia 2 in London.
As Managing Director of TLSA, Brett has pioneered the use of computer simulations to create rich and compelling learning experiences for participants on sales leadership, management and sales development programmes. This powerful form of experiential learning has provoked immediate behavioural change and a measurable ROI for clients including the RBS Group, Virgin Money, Tesco Bank, RayBan, and Oakley.
Brett Lyons says: “Leaders often lose sight of why they are coaching and what they are coaching for. Learning has to lead to an end result. When you coach a team, the result must be customer advocacy.”
