What is it?

Accreditation is a method of training follow-up that measures whether new learning has fully transitioned into the workplace. It provides a way of calculating return on investment in training, demonstrates a commitment to developing staff and provides long-lasting value.

Participants in accredited programmes achieve an award from an external body (TLSA) that can be endorsed by the ILM or the ISM, providing an internationally recognised quality mark for leadership and sales professionals.

We are also able to work in partnership with your business to create tailored internal accreditation programmes. These challenge participants to implement the programme content and enhance employee recognition.

How does it work?

TLSA Training Accreditation


During the assessment, participants' progress is marked according to various assessment categories. They are given a score and private, one-to-one feedback.

Accreditations are earned when participants can successfully demonstrate how they have implemented training content into their business activity.
